OH LA LA — emily’s in little paris! in celebration of the season 3 premiere of emily in paris, the hit Netflix show hosted a “très chic” popup in soho’s little paris alongside maman, coucou french classes, catbird and east olivia. from free hot cocoa and mini croissants to a custom “emily at christmas” drink, champere happy hour, cast interviews and more, it’s safe to say that this was the event of the season!
GIVEAWAYS
over the course of 3 days, centre street transformed into a parisian winter wonderland, complete with festive flower bouquets from East Olivia, vocab & grammar lessons from Coucou French Classes, tote bags and bracelet giveaways from Catbird, & mini croissants & lavender hot cocoa from maman. As guests wandered from stall to stall, they collected stamps on custom “emily in little paris” passports for a chance to be featured on the official Emily in Paris instagram— c’était très chic!
CAST APPEARANCES
the next stop on the “emily in little paris” tour featured interviews with the cast inside our very own café. teen vogue, washington post, and some of our favorite influencers got to ask the burning questions on every viewer’s mind—like which love interest should emily end up with? which job should she choose? can emily patch up her friendship with camille? do her loyalties lie with America or France? oh mon dieu, the drama, the intrigue!
the fun didn’t stop at giveaways— in keeping with the holiday spirit, maman soho served up an exclusive “emily at christmastime” hot cocoa, complete with a “belgian chocolate cake” ganache {a nod to season 2, episode 3}, creme de menthe whipped cream, a gold leaf chocolate star, and edible pink glitter—similar to Emily’s fashion sensibilities, we opted for the “more-is-more” approach. In addition to a custom soho-exclusive drink, we also created a one of a kind “emily in paris” croissant & quiche.
CHAMPERE HAPPY HOUR
though Emily vouches that de lalisse champere should be sprayed, not sipped , visitors had the chance to try their very own glass of champere in soho’s secret garden! Shop the Scenes & Boisset teamed up to bring the infamous sparkling wine to life for fans of the show & adventurous foodies alike. with notes of pear, apple, and toasted brioche, this {surprisingly} delicious wine was the perfect way to toast to the premiere of season three. {plus, Pierre Cadault himself made an extra special appearance!}
